Your Certified Legal Nurse Consultant and Life Care Planner

Letitia “Tish” Baggett is the founder of Superior Legal Nurse Consulting, PLLC, a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant (CLNC) and Life Care Planner (FIG LCP-C), with board certifications in case management (CCM) and brain injury (CBIS). With more than 20 years of healthcare experience, she helps attorneys understand complex medical records, evaluate clinical issues, and document the lasting effects of injury.

 

Tish’s healthcare career began in 2000 in the ICU/CCU at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. She earned a bachelor’s degree in biology from Baylor University in 2005 and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Baylor University’s Louise Herrington School of Nursing in 2008. Her experience spans critical care, emergency care, preoperative and postoperative care, medical-surgical nursing, bone marrow transplant, oncology, nursing case management, and Medicare and Medicaid managed care.

 

Her background in bedside nursing and healthcare administration gives her insight into both patient care and the systems that shape it. She understands how clinical needs, access to services, financial constraints, and care coordination can influence a patient’s recovery and long-term well-being. She brings that perspective to medical record analysis, case preparation, and life care planning.

After becoming a Certified Legal Nurse Consultant in 2023, Tish founded Superior Legal Nurse Consulting, PLLC, in 2024. She expanded her services through life care planning certification in 2025 and brain injury specialist certification in 2026. Today, she works full-time with attorneys on healthcare-related legal matters, providing medical chronologies, record analysis, research, expert identification, and individualized life care plans. 

 

Tish applies her expertise in brain injury to examine documented cognitive, behavioral, emotional, and physical changes and their effects on daily functioning, safety, and independence. Through record review, client and caregiver interviews, and collaboration with treating providers and experts, she helps clarify rehabilitation, supervision, caregiver support, and future care needs. Her life care planning work translates supported recommendations into a detailed account of anticipated services, equipment, assistance, and associated costs.
